ITALY TO GREECE!
Three beautiful countries on one amazing cruise, a dream come true for us!
Greece has always been on our bucket list. The beautiful Aegean Sea, the stunning islands with white-washed houses, and amazing Greek ruins tell us about the past. Ancient Greece was the birthplace of democracy - the ancient Greeks created city-states. They also began marathons, and then hosted the first olympics. The Greeks worshipped ancient gods and goddesses, giving us classical greek mythology.
And let's not forget the Romans known for their military, political and social institutions, and who conquered vast regions of Europe and Northern Africa. With 1000 years of incredible art, Italy has also been on our bucket list. Imagine how excited we were when our partners, Travel by Georgia, told us this cruise was available!
And on a beautiful new ship from Oceania Cruises, known for small luxury ships and fine dining experiences at exotic locations around the world. Our ship, the Vista, is the newest addition to the Oceania family. Its stylish design features spaces reflecting organic elements inspired by the land and sea, and staterooms are very comfortable and luxurious.
And your hosts and entertainers are Sunny Jim and Scott Kirby! Intimate private shows on board, exploring exciting locations on land and more to be announced.

Rome, Italy
The cruise departs from Rome, the 'Eternal City'" - the capital of Italy and its largest city. Rome is home of the Roman Empire, the Seven Hills, La Dolce Vita, Vatican City, St Peter's Basilica, Three Coins in the Fountain, the Colosseum and Forum. The ancient civilization of Rome has been influential in the modern world. Ancient Romans pioneered science and technology, establishing tools and methods that have shaped the way the world does certain things. The Romans were great engineers who understood the laws of physics enough to develop aqueducts and better ways to assist water flow. There is much to see and tour in Rome, and you can also visit Pompeii and Mt Vesuvius as a day trip.
The Amalfi Coast
As we leave Rome and cruise south, we'll enjoy Italy’s Amalfi Coast, famous for its picturesque and historic seaside towns with steep narrow roads, dramatic cliffs, and beautiful beaches. Limoncello liqueur made from lemons grown in terraced gardens is produced along the entire Amalfi Coastline between February and October.
